传统花生酥饼 =)
花生酥饼
**此分量我可以做出4小年饼罐**
A) Peanut grounded 花生粉 - 450g
Plain Flour 面粉 - 450g
Icing sugar 糖粉 - 220g
Baking soda 苏打粉 - 1 tsp
salt a bit 盐少许
B)cooking oil 花生油 - 230ml
C)2 Egg Yolks add a little bit of Salt ,
stir well for egg wash。
2粒鸡蛋黄加少许盐拌均扫面用。
做法:
1)Mix well A ingredients , then add in B Cooking Oil mixing well and firm a dough =)
把材料A里的干材料全部搅拌均匀,然后加入B的食用油慢慢搅拌成软硬适中的面团。
2) shape into the size about 7-8g each dough and place them on baking pan , egg wash surface and using round piping tip to press down the center for traditional look . bake with pre-heated Oven . 180’C for 20mins .
把面团分出7-8g 的等分,然后搓成小圆球并排放在烤盘上。。均匀的在表面扫上蛋液,然后用中空圆形的裱花嘴在表面上轻按一下成型,就可以放入已经预热开箱里以180烤20分钟或至熟。
