Almond Cookie 杏仁饼
- A)
- 210g Almond Powder 细磨杏仁粉
- 270g Plain Flour 普通中筋面粉
- 150g Caster Sugar 细沙糖
- 3/4 tsp Salt 细盐
- 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder 发粉
- 1.5 Tsp Baking Soda 小苏打粉
- B)
- 180g Cooking Oil 食用油
- C)
- 1 big Egg Yolk mix with 1/2 tsp of milk / Water for egg wash glaze .
- 一粒大蛋黄+半小茶匙鲜奶/水。扫面用。
Method:
- Mix well A dry Ingredients . 把材料A均匀混合。
- Mix B cooking oil into step 1 , mix well and firm a dough . 把B的食用油加入步骤1里,然后均匀的拌成团。
- Portion each ball about 7-8g size , slighly press dough and roll into ball shape . 把面团分为每粒7-8g大小一致的分量,稍微用掌力按压一下才搓成圆形。
- Place almond cookies dough on baking pan then egg wash with Ingredient C . 把搓好的小圆球摆放在烤盘上,并用材料C均匀的在小圆球表面扫上蛋液。
- Bake with Preheated Oven 180'C - 18-20mins . 送入预热烤箱180度,18-20分钟。
- cool completely before store with airtight container. 待凉后,密封保存 =)
